As a key member of the Americas Supply Chain Finance team, the Financial BP – Controlling & FP&A plays a critical role in driving financial performance, project governance and supporting strategic initiatives across the Americas Region’s Supply Chain and Operations. This role partners closely with Factory Finance Leads and cross-functional teams to deliver value through insightful analysis, and performance optimization.

Principal Accountabilities

Performance Management & Insight

  • Own the monthly creation of the performance reporting for Americas Supply Chain. Ensuring timely completion of accurate reports. Tracking of savings initiatives and tracking of opportunities and Risks.
  • Lead the delivery of all monthly/weekly/yearly deliverables for the Americas Supply Chain finance team.
  • Ensure consistency of information across multiple reporting channels using existing systems (BPC, Controller, excel dashboards, etc...)
  • Lead improvement of reporting tools and systems, including implementation of advanced reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Deliver financial analysis and insights that enhance decision-making and drive improvements in business and financial performance.
  • Track, initiate, deliver and where appropriate lead performance‑enhancing projects across the region, resolving complex problems, aligning with internal and external stakeholders, driving project delivery, delegating activities to team members, and ensuring projects align to overall functional agenda.
  • Ensure alignment between several reporting streams, especially related to savings projects.
  • Support Preparation of Business Cases for selective projects
  • Support the delivery of regional P&L and cash targets through proactive performance management, interacting with other business partners to achieve so.
  • Performa Ad hoc analysis as required
  • Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for Americas Supply Chain & Operations,
  • Deliver high-quality financial insights and scenario modelling to support decision‑making.
  • Identify and track key value drivers and KPIs aligned with regional and global priorities
  • Reconcile differences between factory pack and main pack (Controller) and also BPC.
  • Contribute to the ongoing Unify roll out, as well as other reporting tools that may be implemented. Furthermore, help develop the factory pack and overall Americas consolidation process
  • Support/lead effective change management which includes systems process & way of working
  • Champion digital finance tools and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Comply with the function's safety and ethics rules and processes, and models Imperial's Values & Behaviors.
  • Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.

Key Capabilities

  • Excellent knowledge of QAD, Controller and Power BI. Good knowledge of IFRS
  • Advanced user of systems (i.e. ERP, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Stakeholder engagement and management

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in finance/ accounting or equivalent

Prior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and consistently delivering high-quality work.

7 years' experience in a similar role in similar size business.

  • Ability to work and thrive in highly ambiguous environments with ever‑changing priorities.
