We are partnering with a growing organization to identify a Finance Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial guidance, analysis, and strategic support across multiple business functions. This highly visible role partners with leadership to drive financial planning, improve business performance, and deliver actionable insights that support key initiatives and long-term growth. The position can be based in the Philadelphia, New York City, or Washington, D.C. area.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision support.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance management.
- Collaborate across finance functions to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Support special projects, business initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field required.
- 7+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or business finance experience, including several years of public accounting experience.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and translating financial data into actionable business insights.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and business analysis.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms is a plus.
- CPA, MBA, or other advanced certification is a plus.
