Finance Attorney

We are seeking talented Associates to join our Global Finance Group. This role focuses on complex leveraged finance transactions, including:

• Dividend recapitalizations
• Liability management transactions
• Restructuring-related financings

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending, representing borrowers or lead arrangers
• Strong background in sponsor finance and leveraged buyout (LBO) transactions preferred
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate transaction documents and lead financing processes
• Strong academic credentials from top tier law school
• Experience at global law firm
• Currently barred to practice or able to become barred to practice in the state they will be practicing

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive execution of financing transactions, primarily on behalf of borrower and lead arranger clients
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deal outcomes
