A leading global law firm is seeking experienced Associates (up to counsel level) (4+ years of experience) to join its rapidly expanding Finance practice .

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of finance experience at a major law firm
- Experience with complex lending transactions and credit facilities
- Admission to the New York Bar and good standing
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
