Key Responsibilities
* Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review.
* Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for better reporting and analysis.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and financial compliance.
* Assist with ad hoc financial projects and provide support during audits.
* Remain available for weekend or extended hours as needed to meet business demands.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.
* Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management.
* Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
* Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently.
* Must be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior payroll processing experience.
* Experience supporting remote teams.
* Familiarity with audit processes and financial compliance standards.
