Remote or hybrid work is not available.Who You Are• Highly motivated senior associate with experience in asset-based and structured finance transactions• Comfortable managing deal components independently• Confident working directly with clientsResponsibilities• Work on asset-based and structured finance transactions• Draft and negotiate transaction documents• Manage due diligence and deal execution• Handle warehouse lending facilities, forward flow transactions, whole loan transfers, and repurchase agreements• Support securitization and related matters• Manage components of transactions independently• Work directly with clients• Supervise and support junior associatesQualifications• 2 to 6 years of experience in asset-based and structured finance• Experience representing issuers, investors, or back leverage providers• Experience with securitization or related transactions• Ability to manage deals independently• Strong communication and client management skills• Admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing• Strong academic background required• Candidates from top law schools are requiredCompensation and Benefits• Salary range: to • Medical, dental, and vision insurance• Life and disability coverage• 401k and Roth 401k plans• Paid time off and holidays• Wellness and employee assistance programs• Bar dues and professional membership coverage• Pro bono support
