Finance Associate – Corporate Debt TeamTalantage, LLC is assisting our client's Corporate Debt team with immediate openings for Finance Associates in the Dallas and New York offices. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated finance transactions with a highly regarded team.ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in a variety of finance transactions, including: Syndicated lendingSecured transactionsCommercial finance, including cash flow credit facilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and other related financing documents.Support and advise clients on structuring and execution of private debt transactions.Manage multiple deals simultaneously while ensuring high-quality client service.Collaborate with partners and team members across offices.QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.Active license to practice law in Texas (required).3–6 years of experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and commercial finance.Private debt experience strongly preferred.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple matters effectively in a fast-paced environment.Application InstructionsApplicants must include the following materials for consideration:ResumeLaw school transcriptList of representative transactionsTalantage, LLC is committed to presenting candidates that contribute to an organizations culture of inclusivity and its commitment to diversity in the workplace are demonstrated through our recruitment practices.
