We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our team and help facilitate smooth financial operations within our showroom.As a Finance Assistant, you will support the finance department by handling administrative tasks, ensuring deal compliance, and managing communication with customers and lending institutions. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Perform compliance checks on all deals to ensure accuracy and adherence to policiesSubmit and process deals efficiently with various lendersSet up electronic contracts for Client Advisors to finalize with customersManage contracts in transit (CIT), ensuring all stipulations are met and collectedClaim incentive cash on Honda performance center when applicableHandle RDR vehicle processes and product cancellationsProvide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationsConduct scheduled deal audits to maintain deal integrityComplete miscellaneous tasks related to finance and administrative supportThis is a full-time position based in Woodside, NY.
