Finance & People Operations Director

The Pregnancy Resource Center of Southwest Florida is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning/Analysis and Human Resources to oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, tax compliance, and HR operations. This role partners with leadership to ensure strong internal controls and a supportive work environment for staff.

Responsibilities include annual budgeting, monthly statements, audit coordination, tax filings, AP/AR, and donor data management, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
