Finance & Operations Specialist

• Support daily finance and operational activities related to the company's automotive parts manufacturing operations.
• Review and process transaction-related information, including customer orders, purchase orders, pricing, quantities, delivery information, and related documentation.
• Support invoicing and billing processes by reviewing transaction information and verifying billing accuracy.
• Monitor and verify pricing changes, customer requirements, and other information affecting financial transactions.
• Assist with monthly financial closing activities by reviewing and validating transaction and billing data.
• Maintain accurate financial and operational information using ERP and other internal information systems.
• Monitor and organize data related to customer orders, production, inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance personnel to verify information and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reports and maintain supporting documentation.
• Assist in analyzing financial and operational data to identify discrepancies and support accurate business reporting.
• Maintain records related to invoices, shipments, customer transactions, and other financial and operational activities.
• Support the implementation and use of internal systems and processes designed to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Communicate with internal departments and external business partners regarding transaction, billing, delivery, and operational matters.
• Assist in identifying and resolving financial or operational issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance, accounting operations, sales operations, order management, manufacturing operations, or a related business environment preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems and managing financial or operational data.
• Basic understanding of invoicing, billing, transaction verification, and financial closing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize company-specific ERP and information systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
