Managing financial operations for a fast-growing startup, the full-time Finance and HR Manager will oversee budgeting, accounts payable, and payroll while collaborating with the fund accounting team in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Manage financial operations, including forecasting and budgeting Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and payroll Assist with hiring, benefits, and human resources functions Required qualifications 5+ years of finance experience, including accounting and FP&A Experience in a rapidly scaling fintech environment Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with a background in financial modeling Understanding of accounting nuances in startup investing Interest or experience in the venture capital industry is a plus
