The Finance & HR Manager will lead the Finance and Human Resources functions to support the continued growth and successful operation of the manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for financial planning, accounting, budgeting, payroll, recruiting, employee relations, HR compliance, and partnering with leadership to build a high-performing organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, organizational effectiveness, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting, payroll administration, and Microsoft Office.
- Five (5)+ years of finance and/or human resources management experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
