We use unique automation tools on both the sales and recruiting sides of the house, with well-oiled best practices. We're confident in saying none of our competitors our using the tools and workflows we use, which has allowed us to out-perform our competition in nationwide recruiting (with a good chunk of our business being in Chicago). Because of this, we've been able to grow rapidly and are now looking to expand our practice into areas outside of IT.Get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing, innovative Recruiting and Consulting company!ResponsibilitiesWork with Business Development Managers and Hiring Managers to gather requirements and selling points for new open positionsSearch for qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Job Boards and other candidate poolsBuild candidate outreach automation pipelines with our unique tools on various platformsScreen candidates per job requirements and sell candidates on the value props of the innovative companies we recruit forClearly and concisely communicate to Account Managers why the candidates you've found are a good fitPrep candidates for interviews, and work with them through the interview processNegotiate job offers with candidatesMaintain relationships with candidatesHelp us eat the snacksPlay competitive ping-pongQualifications1-5 years of experience as a Finance and/or Accounting RecruiterKeen understanding of the various Finance & Accounting skill sets, and the associated vernacularExperience recruiting for direct hire and/or contract positions Finance & Accounting positionsDemonstrated ability to consistently attract, qualify and submit candidatesAbility to effectively write candidate summaries as it relates to job requirementsBachelor's Degree is a big "nice-to-have", but not necessarily requiredExcellent written and oral communication skillsSense of urgencyAbility to learn quickly
