Manufacturing is the core of our business.As of March 1, 2026, our Wooster facility has transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule.We are currently looking for Final Inspectors on C Shift, 7pm to 7am. Some responsibilities for the role include:Promoting safety by following procedures and practicesEnsuring standard procedures are followed in the Final Inspection process; verifying that all packaging materials and specifications are available and in place prior to shift start-up.Setting up and operating machines to inspect both sides of finished fabric for defects as it moves over the lighted area of machine, preparing and attaching labels, packaging in appropriate plastic overwrap, building and securing rolls to skidsPreparing samples for Quality Control testing; maintaining records and identification for all material inspectedEffectively using computer to review work order requirements, entering acceptable yardage, recording hours, and logging defectsWhat We OfferMedical/Dental/Vision, beginning the first day of employment401k with company match, after 30 days10 Paid HolidaysOpportunities for overtime and advancementSign on Bonus - $500.00 after 90 days, $500.00 after 1 yearAnnual and quarterly bonuses based on company performanceStarting wage: $18.50/hr + shift differentialPhysical Requirements Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift Ability to lift 50 lbs, throughout the work shift Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and armsThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
