Final Assembly OperatorBlue Core is a growing manufacturer of high-quality marine upholstery and seating for leading boat builders. We are looking for team members who value quality, productivity, accountability, and teamwork and want to grow with us.We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Final Assembly Operator to assemble and install the final components and hardware on marine seating and upholstery products. This hands-on role helps ensure each piece is complete, assembled correctly, and meets Blue Core's quality standards before shipment.What You'll DoComplete final assembly of marine seats, backrests, bolsters, coaming panels, armrests, leaning posts, helm seats, and other upholstery componentsInstall hinges, brackets, stainless-steel hardware, armrests, cup holders, mounting hardware, and other componentsAssemble upholstered components to plastic, Starboard, wood, and other backing materialsUse drills, impact drivers, rivet guns, staple guns, hand tools, and other assembly equipmentRead and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, part numbers, and production schedulesVerify the correct parts, hardware, and options are installed for each boat modelInspect completed assemblies for fit, alignment, appearance, loose hardware, damage, or other quality concernsCorrect minor assembly issues and communicate larger quality concerns to the appropriate team membersHelp ensure complete boat sets are assembled correctly and ready for shipment on scheduleWork closely with Upholstery, CNC/Plastic, Quality Control, Shipping, and other production teamsMaintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for tools and equipmentAssist with rework, replacement parts, and other production needs as requiredWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in manufacturing, assembly, automotive, marine, cabinetry, construction, mechanical work, or another hands-on environment is preferredComfortable using hand and power toolsAbility to read a tape measure and follow basic drawings and assembly instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work efficiently while maintaining consistent workmanshipDependable attendance and ability to work well as part of a teamWillingness to learn Blue Core's products, boat models, part numbers, and quality standardsAbility to identify and address problems rather than passing defective work to the next operationPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and work on your feet for the majority of the shiftAbility to regularly lift and move marine seating and componentsAbility to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive assembly tasksAbility to work safely in a manufacturing environmentWhat We OfferWeekly payPaid time off and paid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid life and long-term disability insurance401(k) with company matchAdditional voluntary benefit optionsA collaborative, team-focused work environmentBenefits, paid time off, and other offerings are subject to applicable eligibility requirements.Please note: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
