Production Assembly TechnicianThe Production Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling finished products accurately and efficiently, either independently or as part of a team. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to meet standardized production timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssembly & Production Build various finished products independently or as part of a teamReview and follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Compare completed work to provided samples to ensure quality and accuracyComplete builds within defined timeframes using production templates to track progressQuality & Accuracy Inspect finished work to ensure it meets specificationsMaintain consistent production standards and accuracyTeam Support & Cross-Training Assist Production Manager, Supervisor, and Team Lead with special projects as neededTrain as a back-up for other departments when requiredSupport other departments to meet business needs and production goalsCollaborate on special projects and assigned production targetsWorkplace Organization & Safety Maintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety protocols and operational proceduresAdditional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may change as business needs evolveQualifications & RequirementsExperience & Technical Skills Minimum 2 years of assembly experienceProficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and/or large machineryIntermediate mechanical aptitudeAbility to meet standardized production build timesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and related applicationsPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 poundsAbility to work in varying weather conditions and temperaturesAbility to stand, kneel, climb stairs, twist, reach, and assemble using both hands/armsAbility to move between workstations and departments as neededCommunication & Work Ethic Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to perform job functions safely and effectivelyStrong time management skills and reliable attendancePositive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to receive and apply constructive feedback professionallyFull-time, on-site attendance required (no remote option)Legally authorized to work in the United StatesSuccessful completion of background check, drug screen, and onboarding requirementsEducation High school diploma or equivalent preferredBenefitsGenerous medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options401(k) retirement planDiscretionary profit-sharing programWellness reimbursement programTwo weeks of vacation during the first yearSick leave, paid holidays, and floating holiday
