Swimming Pool Filter Assembly PositionThis position involves repetitive bench and production line assembly work to manufacture swimming pool filters, housings, and cartridges.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble components by bolting, clipping, screwing, cementing, or fastening parts together.Place parts in specified relationships according to production requirements.Operate machinery such as staple machines and rotary equipment.Work at multiple workstations and rotate between assembly tasks as needed.Support production line operations for different product models.Crosstrain on existing and new manufacturing processes.Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.Complete other assigned production-related duties.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.1 to 3 months of related manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.Physical RequirementsRegular standing throughout the shift.Frequent use of hands for handling, assembling, and manipulating parts.Frequent reaching with hands and arms.Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.Requires good depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.Key SkillsAssembly and production line experienceMechanical aptitudeAbility to follow work instructionsMachine operationAttention to detailReliability and flexibilityAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
