Responsibilities include:Operate filling machines, bottle cappers/heat sealers, and bottle coding/labeling equipmentMonitor production lines and maintain efficient operationMaintain proper levels of raw materials and packaging suppliesSet up and verify date coding systemsInspect packaging to ensure correct materials, quantities, and pallet patterns are being usedPerform quality and safety checks throughout productionComplete production documentation and reports/paperworkAssist other production line positions as neededKeep the work area clean, organized, and safeIdentify production issues and communicate problems to the Production SupervisorQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures and customer specifications Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Basic computer/data entry skills are helpful Ability to work effectively as part of a production teamWhy Consider This Opportunity?Direct hire – you're hired by the company from day one Union position Competitive starting pay Excellent company sponsored benefits plan.
