A Filleter I at Pacific Seafood is a key role on our Production team supporting efforts to properly fillet various species of fish for sales, ensuring maximum use of product. This position involves properly cutting, and filleting products to ensure quality and is ideal for someone who is a good communicator, meticulous, and follows procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Control and AssuranceProperly cut and grade all types of fish to ensure lowest percentage of loss and maximum shelf lifePreciously cut and fillet 10-60 lb.
