SHIFT 1:00am - 9:30am +OT
Essential Job Functions:
- Utilize knives to debone front halves
- Product Grading and Packing- Identify and pack product into trays or bulk product codes that meet product specifications
- Salvaging – Utilize salvaging techniques to separate bruised, damaged, mis-cut or diseased chicken/chicken parts.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor
- Must be able to use small handheld tools such as knives or scissors
- Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken
- Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting; and lifting up to 35 lbs. required
- Rotation into all positions on the fillet line is required.
