Packaging Equipment OperatorOperates, cleans, and maintains all packaging equipment located downstream of the checkweigher to ensure continuous, high-efficiency production.Responsibilities:Operation & Monitoring: Run downstream packaging machinery and maintain consistent product flow.Setups & Changeovers: Perform line changeovers and adjust equipment guide rails for different product runs.Cleaning & Sanitation: Execute routine machine cleanings, washdowns, and line clearances following safety standards.Quality & Safety: Inspect final packaging quality while following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE protocols.Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PMSkills:1+ years in packaging or manufacturing environments.Hands-on experience with case packers, labelers, shrink wrappers, or palletizers.High school diploma, GED, or technical certificate.Education: High SchoolExperience: 0-1 yearsQualifications:Basic mechanical aptitude and hand-tool experience.Ability to troubleshoot operational jams and minor machine faults.High attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
