Business Analyst – II (File Server Consolidation)

Are you experienced in file server migration and working closely with business units on data analysis, documentation, and process coordination?
We're looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a server migration project —moving data from legacy environments to centralized SharePoint and OneDrive within the M365 ecosystem .
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify files/folders for migration
- Analyze data volumes, folder structures, and access
- Coordinate with QA, Engineers, and Project Managers
- Document workflows, applications, and server details
- Ensure seamless transitions and user access post-migration
Experience with Microsoft 365 , SharePoint , and JIRA is a big plus!
