JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for an Engineering Field Resource to join the team! This role is meant to be long term and provides full training. The company is a national electrical engineering firm. Will provide equipment and train on processes and software used. The role is focused on data collection and assessments for clients within the power utility space. Looking for eager employees who want to learn!
What you will do:
- Will visit different client sites in the surrounding area and assist with data collection - for example, you will take photos, measurements, notes on power lines, poles, etc.
- Bring back field notes to the engineering team for design purposes
- Will be required to utilize your own vehicle during the contract period
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- HS diploma/GED Interest in learning about utilities, specifically the power distribution space
- Strong Communication
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Past experience in utilities, telecom, power distribution, etc.
- EX: Lineman experience Outdoor/Construction experience
