Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Diesel Technology or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent.
- Flexibility: Ability to work various schedules to meet operational needs.
- Additional Information: Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certified to operate a forklift and/or manlift; may need to complete a DOT physical; MSHA certification required; respirator certification may be needed. Tooling: Basic mechanics tools as per Komatsu's technician tool list. Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all Company policies and procedures. Work Environment: Be prepared to work in varying conditions, including exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and occasional extreme elements. The noise level is moderate.
