Job Description:
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Perform routine inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and site conditions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant Should Have:
- Experience with on-site construction processes and quality control.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and construction standards.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
