IT Technician Position
This position is a full-time / 40-hour-a-week role converting at $20/hr and comes with a full benefits package. Within this role, we are dedicated to servicing the technical needs of Lowe's retail stores. This position will be responsible for supporting 6+ Lowe's stores on a weekly basis on a regularly scheduled route throughout the following cities surrounding Stillwater. It is a Monday thru Friday position with no weekend or on-call work required.
The position comes with the tools needed to help you succeed along with a company-supplied vehicle that will be assigned directly to you to help in servicing this route. Commute policy should be explained to the candidate that the first hour and last hour of travel are unpaid, for example if they are commuting and have a 2-hour commute time to their first store of the day, the first hour is unpaid, and everything after is on company time. 40 hours per week in Lowes stores, running 2 stores per day. Stores covered on a weekly basis are listed below: Enid, OK, Ponca City, OK, Stillwater, OK, W. Tulsa, OK, Tulsa-Midtown, OK, S. Tulsa, OK.
Must have:
- Deskside support experience and 2 years
- Desktop break/fix experience and 2 years
- Field technician dispatch experience and 2 years
- Networking experience and 2 years
