We'd love to have you as a shareholder!Your Next Opportunity:The Field Support Manager is responsible for providing oversight, coordination, and direction to the different field support groups and managing day-to-day operations and appearance of warehouse and yard locations in support of our regional goals.What You'll Do:Maintain safe work environment through adherence to Rosendin safety regulations and standardsDevelop and implement lines of communication and tracking between field management ensuring that the Company is providing first class quality and service to our internal and external customersConfirm that a chain of custody is created for all material entering our warehouseEnsure material is transferred efficiently and accurately from storage to our production teamManage and refine warehouse process to increase productivity and reduce wasteManage and assist with cycle counts and inventory controlManage receivers handling incoming and outgoing deliveriesAssist with loading and unloading deliveries when necessaryCoordinate with procurement and logistics staff to replace material damaged during transportationEnsure the safe operation of Rosendin equipment and vehiclesAssist fleet services to prepare vehicles for saleWork with a team to maintain a clean and tidy work area to ensure a safe working environmentPerforming field support duties and tasks as assigned by senior leadershipProvide and maintain an effective line of communication between all field support units.Ensure the facility is always fully operational and work with the warehouse manager to provide facility maintenance and repairs as needed.Ensure that all company safety policies are adhered to by all field support units.Ensure that all field support units provide and maintain an effective coordinated calendar for all logistic activities to and from the field.Coordinate all interactions between field support units and field teams.What You'll Need To Be Successful:Proficient understanding of the requirements of material handling in a warehouse settingAbility to operate warehouseProficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Proficient in using a tablet to enter dataAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessaryAbility to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitudeEffective oral and written communication skills as required for the positionAbility to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team playerAbility to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and othersWhat You Bring To UsHigh school diploma or equivalentAssociate degree preferredMinimum 5 years in construction support operation and knowledge of construction equipment and materialsCan be a combination of education, training, and relevant experienceTravel:As neededWorking Conditions:General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
