Role Overview
Seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide onsite end-user support, including data backup, Windows 11 upgrades, and basic troubleshooting for Windows 10 and 11 environments. The role requires experience with desktop management, deployment tools, and end-user applications.
Technical Core & Responsibilities
- End user data backup
- End user system upgrade to Windows 11
- Basic troubleshooting on Windows 10 and 11
- Use of deployment tools like SCCM / Intune
- Knowledge of end-user data backup tools
- Support for MS Office and other end-user standard apps (Adobe, Anti-Virus, etc.)
- Desktop Management support
- Client-facing communication
