Production AssistantPay Range: $25.00 an hour DOEKey responsibilities:Assist in overseeing the daily Production operations of our crewsAssist in communicating with crews when problems arise.Communicate with customers as neededHelp inspect materials and equipment going outAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresAssist in monitoring inventoryOpportunity for overtime.Role requirements:Previous experience in a field or construction supervisory role preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of job site safety practices and production processesValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 lbsWillingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditionsPhysical demands:The physical demands of a Production Assistant include standing, walking, and occasional lifting of materials. It requires regular computer use for order tracking and communication, along with moving between departments to coordinate with production and warehouse teams.
