Field Supervisor - Security Operations & On-Site Leadership

Allied Universal® is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security professionals and supervise remotely managed accounts. You will work closely with Operations Managers to ensure continuous site coverage and quality service across multiple posts.

Responsibilities include conducting post visits, on-the-job training, coordinating scheduling for call-offs, writing concise reports, and communicating effectively with clients and team members.
