This mobile role involves conducting on-site inspections, enforcing uniform standards, delivering uniforms and supplies, addressing staffing needs, and upholding MFort's performance and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in field supervision, have strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate professionalism while working with site teams and clients. This position will open in 2027.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and client expectationsPerform uniform and appearance inspections of officers on dutyFill in open shifts as needed to maintain adequate site coverageDeliver uniforms, equipment, and other materials to officers at various locationsWrite detailed incident and compliance reports following visits or incidentsProvide coaching, counseling, and minor disciplinary actions in coordination with HRServe as a liaison between field officers, clients, and managementSupport front desk operations, including training or stepping in during staff shortagesMaintain accurate records of visits, officer feedback, and corrective actionsWork flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as neededMaintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (MVR required)Qualifications:Must be at least 20 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredMust have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain)Minimum 2 years of residential concierge or front desk leadership experienceAbility to work independently and respond quickly to staffing or client needsMust pass and MVR and have a valid drivers licenseAbility to travel to multiple sites daily throughout the Chicago areaMust pass a drug screening and background checkStrong communication and leadership skillsSchedule & Compensation:Must have open availability, including holidays and weekendsPay Rate: $21.00- $23.00 per hourIf you're an experienced Field Supervisor or have field management experience looking to take the lead at a premium residential security business, apply now to join MFort Security Services.
