Field Supervisor - Janitorial (Supportive Employment)

Job TitleSite SupervisorJob DescriptionRising Star Resource Development Corporation is seeking an experienced and hard-working individual to join our team of professionals whose duties consist of management of cleaning crew, cleaning and maintaining industrial settings such as manufacturing facilities and warehouses while adhering to Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulation. The Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial buildings. This labor- intense job is expected to be performed in a professional manner at all times while servicing our customer's properties.Essential FunctionsEnsure and enforce job site safety and OSHA compliance regulationsEnsures equipment is maintained and supplies on hand for assigned workMonitor employee timekeeping via Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Supervise cleaning crew including building your team, training, counseling and coachingArrange work schedules for assigned rotation staff membersResolve problems and discrepancies on jobs and/or interact with clients to amend issuesConduct quality control checksOperational support to Leads/Team when necessaryConduct performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees via Coach and Counsel statementsTelephone marketing to customers and local area businesses.

Strong working knowledge of MS Suite of Products (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), timekeeping via company custom Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and timekeeping system. Qualitative Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and multitasking skills are a must.

The Site Supervisor is highly dependent upon the ability to communicate. Excellent problem-solving abilities are a requirement, since schedule conflicts are bound to arise that will require creative solutions. Must have the ability to field personnel, able to problem solve and proactively find solutions.Education/ExperienceSome College preferred or one to two years of experience. OSHA training and other industry certification a plus.Work LocationAssigned Site Office Location (Downtown Dallas).
