Assist with installation as necessary. Supervise approximately 5-6 installers.Essential functions include:Attending job site weekly meetingsScheduling and supervising installers each day on the job sitesToolbox topicsDaily reports on job sitesUsing tools properly to insure safety and protect quality of doors and hardwareReporting any damaged products to supervisorAnalyzing drawings, sketches, work orders, and material safety data sheets to plan layout, assemblyOrganizing and documenting safety training, drug screens, other documents needed depending on contractLiaison between installers and project managersKeeping detailed records of installation requirements/project specs to ensure each installation is performed correctly and efficientlyOther duties as assigned by supervisorMinimum qualifications include:High school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to lift/carry 25-50 lbs. frequentlyExperience using power tools, such as saws and drillsIndustry experience with installation of building materials preferredMust pass pre-employment drug screen and background checkKnowledge, skills, and abilities include:Strong math skills, communication skills, problem solving skillsAbility to read and interpret a tape measureAbility to determine what type of tool and equipment are needed for a jobPhysical demands include spending majority of time standing, kneeling/crouching/stooping, using hands and reaching.

Frequent lifting required of items 25-50 pounds.
