As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team.Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Supervisor (Grading & Site Work) to oversee and manage on-site operations for our grading and site work projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all on-site grading and site work activities.Lead and manage grading and site work crews, including subcontractors.Ensure work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and schedules.Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Oversee the operation and maintenance of grading and sitework equipment.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations & company policies.Ensure that all crew members are in proper attire, which includes wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), safety vests, and safety glasses as required. Long pants and hard-soled, closed-toe work boots should also be worn, while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.Maintain clear communication with the project management team and clients.Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress, crew hours, and equipment usage.Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.Requirements Qualifications:Proven experience in grading and site work, with strong knowledge of related processes and equipment.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularlyFrequent standing, walking, and moving on uneven terrainAbility to climb in and out of equipment, as neededFrequent bending, kneeling, and crouchingExposure to outdoor conditions, including varying weather and temperaturesAbility to operate heavy equipment and hand tools when necessaryCapacity to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety glasses, and gloves, for extended periodsAbility to work in loud, dusty, and potentially hazardous environmentsUpon offer, employees will be required to subject and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background and MVR check.Benefits:Competitive compensation based on experience.Company Vehicle and FuelHealth, dental, and vision insurance.401K Retirement savings plan with generous company match.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.USA SiteWorx an equal opportunity employer.
