We provide comprehensive fire sprinkler, fire alarm, suppression, and life safety solutions while creating meaningful career opportunities for our team members.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Supervisor to lead field operations, support our technicians, and ensure the safe, efficient delivery of exceptional service to our customers.The Field Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team of fire protection professionals, including scheduling work, communicating with customers, and ensuring contracted and requested services are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.In partnership with Human Resources, this position also supports the hiring, performance management, development, discipline, and evaluation of team members.Key responsibilities include supervising the daily activities of fire protection professionals, reviewing and approving timesheets, scheduling and assigning work, providing consistent, high-quality service to internal and external customers, developing, managing, and monitoring financial budgets, overseeing the procurement and movement of materials and equipment, providing technical assistance and training, ensuring required documentation is completed, auditing job files for compliance, communicating job schedules and important information to customers, identifying opportunities to provide additional services, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, supporting the installation and repair of fire protection systems, ensuring all services are performed in accordance with manufacturer instructions and company policies, providing after-hours support for emergency service calls, making timely decisions, ensuring team members complete continuing education, maintaining certifications and licenses, promoting safe work practices, and consistently representing Eagle Fire in a positive and professional manner.Key attributes include demonstrating strong leadership, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, providing high-quality customer service, effectively managing multiple projects, using sound judgment to resolve conflicts, communicating effectively, demonstrating accountability, managing multiple projects, establishing priorities, adapting to changing business needs, working independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, five or more years of experience working with fire protection systems, minimum Level II NICET certification or the ability to obtain within the first year of employment, practical knowledge of applicable fire protection codes and standards, strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read and interpret construction documents, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment, valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, ability to comply with Eagle Fire's Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standard, and an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 100 pounds, ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift, crouch, reach, handle, push, and pull, ability to work at heights greater than 10 feet and in confined spaces, ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel out of town as required, ability to operate hand tools, measuring instruments, gauges, and other industry-related equipment, ability to work in extremely hot or cold temperatures, ability to work in environments with elevated sound and noise levels, and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.In compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, we maintain a drug-free workplace and operate a Drug-Free Workplace program.
