Built on integrity, innovation, and strong partnerships, Renova One is more than a vendor—we're a trusted partner committed to enriching spaces and creating lasting value.The Field Supervisor is based in Charlotte and oversees multi-family new-construction flooring projects across the Carolinas and Virginia, with a primary focus on the Charlotte and Raleigh markets.

This role is responsible for walking job sites for quality control, coordinating with subcontractors, and directing crews to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to specification. Some travel is required to support projects in Raleigh, Charleston, and Richmond, not to exceed 25%.Supervise and support field crews, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications and deadlinesConduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulationsTrain, mentor, and evaluate field employees to enhance performance and maintain quality standardsAttend jobsite meetings and represent Renova One as the on-site client point of contactWrite and manage punch lists through project completionManage and track material on-siteCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to streamline operations and resolve challengesMaintain accurate records of project progress, employee performance, and safety incidentsEnsure proper use and care of any company-provided equipment on assigned job sitesCoordinate crew scheduling and resource needs to meet project timelinesCommunicate updates, concerns, and solutions to leadership, providing recommendations for process improvementsAt least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within construction, restoration, or flooringExperience with multi-family new-construction flooring projects strongly preferredStrong organizational skills and follow-through on commitmentsComfortable working independently while coordinating across multiple teams (crews, subcontractors, Dallas PM team, clients)Strong technology skills, including experience with iPad and project management softwareExcellent communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving conflicts on-siteTravel as needed (up to 25%) to support projects in Charleston, Richmond, and RaleighAll offers of employment are contingent upon a background checkValid Driver's License is requiredYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
