Field SupervisorCandidates hired for this position will begin at the unarmed rate of $24.02 per hour during a 90-day training and evaluation period. After successfully completing the 90-day period and the required Armed Officer Training Program, employees will be promoted to an armed officer role with a pay increase to $27.52 per hour.Are you a highly skilled and dynamic individual looking to lead a team of security officers to success? Join us in providing the finest security services while enjoying a supportive work environment that values your contributions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Overall responsibility for all security officers assigned to your chain of commandConduct interviews and prepare candidates for On-Site interviewsProvide training and guidance to security officersIdentify suitable security officers for specific sitesOversee evaluation processes for security officers and supervisorsImplement motivational and disciplinary actionsVisit security officers on sites regularly to address any arising issuesDevelop training regimens and site orders for each siteMaintain accurate inventory levels of PalAmerican propertyParticipate in job fairs and recruitment strategiesEnsure scheduling and payroll accuracyProvide training at designated post locationsPerform other assigned duties as directedJob requirements include:Minimum 1 year of managing experience in a service organizationExperience in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service is desiredProficiency in scheduling, operations, and employee managementMust be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's licenseHigh School Diploma or EquivalentWorking knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office softwareAbility to learn and operate timekeeping and payroll programsBenefits include:Flexible scheduleHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceReferral programDon't miss this opportunity to join PalAmerican Security and make a difference in the protective & security industry.
