We're hiring experienced construction leaders to support some of the largest semiconductor and data center construction projects currently underway in the United States.
This is an opportunity to join a major General Contractor on long-term, high-profile projects where you'll play a key role in driving field execution, maintaining safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering complex construction scopes on schedule.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading daily field operations
- Coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades
- Managing structural steel, concrete, foundations, underground utilities, and building envelope activities
- Driving schedule execution through look-ahead planning and sequencing
- Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
- Supporting commissioning and project turnover milestones
- Collaborating closely with project leadership, engineers, and trade partners
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of field leadership experience on large construction projects
- Experience managing structural steel, concrete, foundations, underground utilities, roofing, xhqgsiq or building envelope scopes
- Background supporting large industrial, semiconductor, mission-critical, manufacturing, or data center projects
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades
- Strong understanding of field operations, sequencing, scheduling, and site safety
- OSHA 30 preferred
