The right fit will be responsible for performing a wide array of IT related tasks ranging from mobile device configuration to network infrastructure planning. Work within a team to actively implement, maintain, and troubleshoot various devices and technologies for a wide ranging client base spanning multiple industries. This position requires onsite meetings and appointments with clients in professional settings.
Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to):
* Purchase, configuration, and installation of Windows and Mac based computers.
* Perform daily system monitoring for integrity of services and hardware.
* Perform change requests for various services and systems.
* Research technology trends and identify areas of improvement for client systems.
* Interface directly with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues via onsite and remote support.
* Maintain and install network equipment such as routers, switches, and access points.
* Document all tasks and procedures as well as necessary client system information.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support, MSP, or similar environment.
* A+ and/or Network+ or equivalent certifications and knowledge
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work without direct supervision.
* Valid drivers license.
* Desire to grow professionally.
