At BFS, you'll be equipped with all the tools, training, and resources you need, and you'll be empowered to try new things, gain new experiences, and build a career with unlimited horizons.PurposeAddresses construction service and product issues at the customer's site in order to ensure that customer complaints regarding the quality and reliability are resolved in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesInvestigate/examine the condition of company building workmanship and products on the customer's site at all stages of construction based on concerns raised by the customer; reports back to the Customer Service team on findings.Recommend replacement or repair of defective products based on customer service guidelines related to efficiency and cost effectiveness.Negotiate and approve third party repair/adjustment; inspect completed work for quality adherence.Plan and pace own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals.Understand and observe all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attend periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety procedures.Other duties may be assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.Minimum RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
