At BFS, you'll be equipped with all the tools, training, and resources you need, and you'll be empowered to try new things, gain new experiences, and build a career with unlimited horizons.Address construction service and product issues at the customer's site to ensure that customer complaints regarding the quality and reliability are resolved in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.Investigate/examine the condition of company building workmanship and products on the customer's site at all stages of construction based on concerns raised by the customer; report back to the Customer Service team on findings.Recommend replacement or repair of defective products based on customer service guidelines related to efficiency and cost effectiveness.Negotiate and approve third party repair/adjustment; inspect completed work for quality adherence.Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
