Position Responsibilities:

• Perform start-up and commissioning of solar inverters at photovoltaic plants.
• Diagnose and repair inverter faults in the field.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and updates (software/hardware).
• Submit accurate daily field reports detailing work performed and time spent.
• Provide technical assistance and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and care for company property including vehicle, tools, devices, and PPE.
• Travel as required based on operational needs across the U.S.

What We're Looking For:

• Journeyman or Master's Electrician license. Associate or Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in field service, commissioning, or maintenance of industrial electrical equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components. Experience with solar inverters (desirable), MV equipment, and power electronics.
• OSHA, NFPA 70E, or similar safety certifications preferred.
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Valid driver's license. Work in outdoor environments.
