Field Service Technician-TexasPureflow provides premium water solutions for mission-critical water systems. Our customers range from pharmaceutical and life science manufacturing and research facilities to industrial power, electronics, and manufacturing sites. We are looking for talented technicians who can maintain and troubleshoot moderate to complex mechanical equipment used in the purification of ultra-pure water for critical applications.

Successful technicians usually have backgrounds in repairing integrated equipment such as HVAC, Automotive or Diesel, or other automated electro-mechanical systems. We provide all training necessary to transfer the knowledge that you already have into the management of high-tech water purification technologies.Key Responsibilities:Performs field maintenance of high-purity water systemsPerform diagnostics and troubleshooting on systems that impact water system efficiency and chemical purityAssists Installation Department staff in commissioning/startup of new water systems as neededProvides thorough documentation of all work, parts, and time in accordance with SOPsWorks closely with service management and engineering teams to identify system or component problems and implement solutionsPartners with customers in the consistent management and maintenance of their water systems and assists them in good management practices for the smooth performance of their systemsMaintains effective, trusted working relationship with customersCommunicates with TX Technical Service Center Manager regarding service contract issuesUses safe work practices driving, in the shop, and at customer sitesMaintains extraordinarily neat work areas, including vehicles, shop, and work sitesPerforms other duties, as assignedJob Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment service operations, preferably in customer-facing settingsStrong electrical and mechanical aptitude with some commercial/industrial experienceAbility to understand instrumentation and controlsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, organized, energetic & capable of staying cool under pressure from multiple ongoing projectsGood computer skills (Internet Explorer, Word, Excel)High school diploma or GEDPhysical Requirements/Working Environment:Majority of work is performed in industrial settings inside customer facilitiesRegular "on call" rotation assignmentsSignificant local travel, plus average of 7 overnight stays per monthMust have and maintain a record of safe driving with no recent moving or driving violationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. without physical restrictions, frequent walking, bending, climbing, stooping, and standing for long periods of time on concretePerks:Competitive base salaryComprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Health Savings Account (with company contributions), and more$1 for $1 401k match up to 4% of salary9 Company-paid holidaysGenerous personal time off that increases with tenureEducation assistanceEmployee referral bonus programOngoing training and development by internal and external industry expertsPureflow is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
