Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician/MechanicHiFyve is hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician/Mechanic in the heavy equipment industry in Tulsa, OK!Salary: $35–$45/hrShift: 1st shift, 7:00am–3:30pmLocation: On-site – Tulsa, OKJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate a mobile service vehicle to perform in-field diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy construction equipmentDiagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues using schematics and established repair guidelinesPerform field service work on Komatsu and similar heavy equipment brandsPlan and execute repair methods and sequences efficiently with minimal supervisionOrder required parts and complete accurate technical reports and service documentationMaintain service truck, tools, and company assets in clean and safe working conditionFollow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements at all timesCommunicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members to promote positive relationshipsComplete daily, monthly, and annual vehicle and safety inspectionsTravel to customer job sites and stay overnight when requiredEducation RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:7–10 years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing heavy or construction equipmentDirect experience working on Komatsu equipment requiredAbility to read and interpret complex hydraulic and electrical schematicsProficiency with hand tools and specialty tools required for heavy equipment repairStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skillsAbility to work independently in field environments with limited supervisionValid driver's license; CDL as required for assigned equipmentAbility to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding tasksAbility to work in extreme weather conditions and job site environmentsWillingness to work overtime, weekends, and overnight assignments as needed
