This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service.You’ll work both in-house and at customer sites, maintaining and repairing mechanical and instrumentation equipment used in oil & gas, refinery, and industrial environments.This is a physically active role, requiring you to be on your feet most of the day and safely lift up to 50 lbs.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to service-related requests, including: Return material authorizations (RMAs)Service and repair requestsStartup and commissioning supportDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and instrumentation equipmentPerform equipment retrofits, maintenance, and field service workCommunicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, findings, and recommendationsComplete required documentation and ensure compliance with company and industry standardsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent (vocational/technical training preferred)Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and understand technical drawings and manufacturing instructionsComfortable working in a manufacturing and field service environmentAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding workWillingness to travel and work at customer sitesPreferred QualificationsExperience in oil & gas, refinery, or industrial service environmentsExposure to: Mechanical equipment and systemsBasic electrical wiring or instrumentationPrevious field service, maintenance, or technician experienceWork Environment & Physical RequirementsOn your feet 90–95% of the workdayAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsWork in industrial environments, including oil & gas and refinery sites (travel required)May require use of PPE, including respiratory equipment (clean-shaven policies may apply)Must meet customer site compliance requirements (drug testing, physicals, safety standards)Must maintain a clean driving recordCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay (based on experience, education, and potential)Eligibility for overtime pay and service bonus programHealth, dental, vision, long term disability, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysTuition reimbursementAdditional RequirementsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Must successfully complete a drug screen, physical, and background checkIf you enjoy hands-on work, solving technical problems, and supporting customers in the field, we’d love to hear from you.
