Field Service Technician (Springfield, Bloomington, Peoria)

Field Service TechnicianSumnerOne is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers within a defined Central Illinois territory. In this role, you will provide remote and on-site service and network connectivity support for Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, HP, and Lexmark digital imaging systems, including copiers, printers, MFDs, and production devices.ResponsibilitiesService and support Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, HP, and Lexmark equipmentDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issuesPerform preventative maintenance and scheduled serviceInstall and configure new equipmentMaintain organized car stock and accurate service documentationPartner with dispatch and internal teams to ensure customer satisfactionAverage 4-6 scheduled service calls per day within your assigned territoryQualificationsExperience in field service or office equipment repair is preferred, but we always welcome the opportunity to train mechanically inclined candidates too!Strong mechanical and technical aptitudeExcellent communication skillsNetworking and troubleshooting experience preferredCommitment to customer serviceDesire to learn and grow professionallyTraining & DevelopmentWe are an Authorized Training Partner.
