Field Service Technician

In this role, you will safely install downhole tools and run critical pressure tests to transition newly drilled wells into active production. This hands-on position requires strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, strict adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to thrive in demanding field environments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide services on customer well-sites as needed.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on company-owned and rental equipment on customer well-sites and in the shop.
  • Assist in the shop and make deliveries/pick up materials as needed.
  • Perform basic problem-solving and troubleshooting when needed.
  • Work in any type of outdoor weather conditions and have the ability to travel.
Essential Skills
  • 2+ years of oilfield experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL Class A preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must have your own transportation.
  • Must be flexible with workdays required and be available to work overtime and weekends, including some holidays and being on-call.

This is a Contract position based out of Spring, TX. The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
