Job TitleLooking for someone who will represent the company in a highly professional, consultative and customer-centric way. A self-starter having the ability to represent to a degree our Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering departments, in addition to having excellent electronic troubleshooting skills. This person will provide customer support, field testing and repair of electronic dynamic message signs and traffic control systems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include The Following:Travel to customer sites to perform onsite installation, testing and troubleshooting of dynamic message sign systems located on interstates and local roadsCoordinate, manage and complete assigned project work orders in a timely mannerWrite routine trip reports, test result reports, and correspondenceCommunicate frequently and effectively with both internal and external customersFacilitate on-site or remote training sessionsQualificationsTeam oriented, able to work well with coworkersExcellent customer interfacing and communication skillMinimum of one year experience in basic electronics; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferredExperience in the use of multi meters measuring AC and DC voltageAble to read and understand schematics and wiring diagramsProficient with MS OfficeBasic IP network troubleshooting experienceBasic Linux/Unix command line experience is a plusAvailability to travel up to 75% to customer sites; able to travel on short noticeAbility to lift/move up to 50 poundsAbility to perform in cold, noisy, stressful environmentsAble to work from a bucket truck at heights up to 75 feetMust possess a valid driver's licenseCompensation for this position is $25-$30 per hour.Benefits include:Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental and Vision)401k with company matchLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary and AD&D)Paid Time OffShort Term and Long Term DisabilityTraining and Development
