10am-7pm, Tuesday-Saturday...conversion $18-$25/hr....Traveling to and from customer locations providing hardware breakfix and software support on desktops/laptops/printers, reviewing and updating service tickets, contacting and scheduling service with customers, etc....Top two required skills that candidates must have: Desktop/Laptop Breakfix experience and Customer Sat (Soft Skills)...Preferably CompTIA A+ certification and should have a few years of IT breakfix experience as well as attention to detail (ability to read service manuals and strong ability to diagnose repairs). Candidates should expect to service the greater RI and Southern MA area as needed to cover our SLA's on a daily basis. Please also make sure candidates know the contract to hire rate so there is not a false impression of coming on board at an unexpected rate. Candidates will need to get A+ certified and will be training on an extensive OEM line including Lexmark Printers, Client Desktop/Laptop, Lenovo, and Apple certifications.
