Field Service Technician - Oscoda to Alpena

Field Service TechnicianApplied Innovation is seeking a dependable and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in a full-time, Monday–Friday role from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with technology and delivering exceptional customer service. The Field Service Technician is responsible for servicing and maintaining office equipment at customer locations while representing Applied Innovation with professionalism and care.

Training will be provided for the right candidate; prior experience is helpful but not required. This role includes driving a company-provided vehicle to customer locations, with a gas card, required tools, and training provided by the company. This role will have a territory that is still being defined.

At this time, the area is expected to include Tawas City to Alpena.Duties and Responsibilities:Repair, maintain, and service a wide variety of office equipment, including multifunction devicesMaintain an assigned service territory and provide a high level of responsiveness and service qualityDiagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accuratelyCollaborate with fellow technicians and internal teams to ensure customer service needs are metMaintain accurate inventory of parts, tools, and service documentationFollow established service procedures and safety guidelinesOperate a company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and professional mannerRepresent Applied Innovation positively in all customer interactions, serving as the face of the organizationPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications: To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily.
